CrossFit Pre-teens is a strength-and-conditioning program that is specially designed for ages 8-12 years old, their specific developmental needs and helps them to develop a lifelong love of fitness.
In a group setting teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results.

All sessions are run during school terms.

Crossfit Pre-teens

CF Teens
8 years – 12 years

Pre-teens who are just starting CrossFit will be coached through strength and movement routines applicable to their level of experience.

Pre-teens who have established a sound knowledge of CrossFit movements will be introduced to the strength and movement routines required for advanced CrossFit movement.
