New to CrossFit?
Our On Ramp program is the perfect start for you!
It will help prepare you for CrossFit Training, and allow you to experience the incredibly motivating environment that our community is famous for.
Your On Ramp will begin with a free intro.
The program will continue over 2 weeks with 3 sessions per week, either one on one or small two on one group sessions.
The total cost for the On Ramp program is $66
In these sessions we will teach you the 9 foundational movements, get you familiar with the atmosphere and meet some of the great people at CrossFit Brendale.
Friday Night Weightlifting
At the end of your 2 weeks you will be invited to try our Friday night Weightlifting session for free.
On Ramp Completion
Upon completion of the 2 week On Ramp program you can choose which membership option suits you best, and will have full access to all the classes in our timetable.
