Personal Training

Our personal training can be customised to develop your Olympic Weightlifting or nail that first muscle up.
Personal training can also be used as a way to gain technique, strength, conditioning alongside your CrossFit training.
Our PTs are able to provide a rehab program coordinated with a Physio, Osteo, Exercise Physiologist or other health professional.
However non-members are welcome to use our Olympic Weightlifting PT that is available to everyone 👍
